Personal Information
This is some useless information about myself that no one would be interested in reading, so please read this at your own risk. I resolve to annoy people at any given moment, for any apparent reason. lol
I was born in Charleston, SC on a Naval Base, and moved here around 1973 with my folks. In between, we lived at Virginia Beach, VA for about 3 years. Anyway, I'm 39 years old, with a head full of imagination and lots of interests to keep my artistic mind occupied. :) My hobbies are rich and diversified, and my surroundings are cluttered with it.
I'll start with my hobbies because, well, you can tell what a few of them are by my website.
#1 I'm guilty of collecting Tommy Shaw & Jack Blades related stuff! Of course this isn't a bad thing, because I LOVE their music! So of course, anything "related" must be ... Styx, Night Ranger, Shaw Blades, Damn Yankees, Rubicon, Ringo Starr & His Roundheads, and the solo efforts of Styx. This means, paper, video, audio, clothing and such.
#2 Speaking of music, ...I also collect old music from these musicians...The Platters, Johnny Mathis, Gogi Grant, Georgia Gibbs, Perry Como, Nat King Cole, The Tokens, The Irish Rovers, Elvis Presley, and many many more from the 50's and 60's....
#3 Some more music I collect, and these are important ones to me... QUEEN (no one can top them), BEATLES & The MONKEES, Nickleback***, Default**, Breaking Benjamin, Three Doors Down, Godsmack, Seether, Aerosmith (one of the greats), AC/DC, Scorpions, Danny Elfman & Oingo Boingo (for my off days), Billy Idol, Def Leppard, Ringo Starr, ...many more...and all kinds of OLD & NEW CHRISTMAS cd's, and I love 80's music.

#5 I read everything I can find on Horses. Draft Horses (Percherons, Belgians & Shires), Quarter Horses, and Warmbloods. I love them all, but these are my favorites. My favorite sports to watch are Dressage & Show Jumping, but I love watching any horse sport, especially Cross Country Eventing. Rodeo, Racing, Buggies, ...I love most all of them! I love big horses! Here are my horses as of 2002.
#6 I collect Jackie Chan movies...because I think he is the ultimate action entertainer! He is pure genius! His Karate is pure and true. He knows his stuff! Also, I love Jet Li a lot! He's very talented! Also, I love the movie Kung Fu Hustle!! It is so cool to watch...and very funny, and so is Shaolin Soccer.
#7 Karate...I love it!
#8 Papillon's! They are the small dog of choice! LOL These are the sweetest dogs I've ever known. If anyone is looking for a small dog, who is energetic, and not mean at all...this is the dog! They are utterly adorible and make wonderful house dogs! (Wouldn't have it any other way!) Go to my dogs to see a Papillon and my other dogs.
#8½ CATS!!! I absolutely LOVE my cats!!! We have 7 cats, 6 of which are house cats. lol Yes! We have a lot of sandboxes!!! But the names are (Peanut (he's my bottle "miracle" baby boy), Binky (bottle baby found left alone in the hay-ring of my horses), Pigwidgen "Pig" or "Piggy" for short (a little Indian girl gave her to me very dehidrated to bottle feed she made it fine.), Sami (rescued Balinese, I had to do cat therapy on to make her normal again after being ignored...long story...), Tommy & Tiger (they were adopted by my sister), Kitty (the oldest and crankiest cat we have, she's 19, and mean as h*ll.) I love them ALL!!!!!!! Especially Peanut and Piggy...they are my absolute babies...mostly because I play with them...so it makes them fun and lovable! Piggy loves playing with a yardstick, and Peanut loves shoestrings! Check them out on my cats page.
#9 I also collect Teddy Bears by GUND! These bears are a passion of mine. They are so unique in the bear industry. Individual.
#10 Like I said, I'm an artist. I draw all kinds of things. It has been said that I have a deranged mind. But in all honesty, some of it is plain scarey stuff out of the depths of my mind! Where it comes from, I don't know! I've had to rip some of it up, because it has even given me the willies! LOL I'll post one every once in a while just to show you what I mean. I also, have a collection of pictures going and I've given them the name "The WitchWolf Collection." Sound familiar Styx Lovers??? lol So whenever you see one with "WW" on it, that is what it is...part of the collection. (Remember it is NOT satanic stuff!)...just my bizaar mind. #12 Bracelets. I collect them.
#13 Fossils...I like looking for them...and collecting ROCKS! Another one of my odd favorite pastimes.
#14 Taking Pictures. I love doing that. Some of them are quite good stuff.
#15 Dinosaurs are another one of my interesting hobbies. I read about them, and I love paleontology. I read and watch everything I can on these subjects.
#16 I've found out that I absolutely am BANANAS over Harry Potter!!!!! Now I've started collecting Harry Potter stuff!!!! OHHHhhhhh, Noooooo!!! Oh, Yes! & I love it!! The movies are FANTASTIC! I would suggest anyone who hasn't seen these movies to watch them! They are NOT EVIL!! They are movies about friendships, and bravery! Also, I've read all the books and I LOVE them too! I have the audio books too, read by Jim Dale of Disney Movies fame. Posters, Autographs, cards, pictures, pictures, and more pictures! LOL This will pass my time when nothing is going on with my favorite bands! I'm completely obsessed with the big mystery and can't wait until the 7th book is out on the 21st of July! Thank you, J.K. Rowling!!!!
#17 This is not to be denied...I LOVE, and I mean, L O V E, The Lord Of The Rings movies & books!!! I've seen all the movies as of 12/17/03 in total. I wasn't at the midnight shows, but I went to the first movies of the day, to be sure!!! My favorite characters?...Frodo, Samwise, Pippin, and Merry, Legolas, Aragorn, Gandalf, Gimli, Faromer, Boramer, most all of the Elvin kind, there's lots more...oh, and of course, Gollum!!! ...now if I spelled names wrong, it's because I didn't look them up...and I'm excited to say that I just now saw the 3rd movie! It's finally over, and it was FANTASTIC!!! It should win Oscars or academy awards in future!!!!
#18 SUPERMAN!!! The movie with Brandon Routh, Christopher Reeves, I just love them! I love the newest movie with Brandon...Superman Returns! It is soooo good! I can't wait for the next one. I saw it 5 times, and once twice in a row. LOLOL! Brandon is so hot as the man in blue!
This is a picture I took on December 4th, 2002. I think it was truly a lovely picture from my digital camera right while I was standing on the porch. The shot was taken during our first major snow of the year. That is my red Pontiac in the background, and my sister's white Subaru Outback.
So those are some of my hobbies, although, that isn't near all of them. I'm at loss for words at this point. hehe
The things I want in my future... one of them would be a Hummer. These military jeeps are a small dream, but they cost as much as a home. A horse farm complete. To move someplace that isn't in nowheresville with a good job that I liked to do. LOL And to visit my friends in PA & Germany & Wales someday.
The things I want for the future...wisdom, peace, and love...with no violence.
I think Friendship is what it's all about. I just wish I lived closer to some of them. :)
The Basic Stuff...
The first concert I ever attended? Tommy Shaw in 1984.
The first album that started my collection? Styx' Mr. Roboto.
The first bandmember I liked? Dennis DeYoung.
Why did I switch who I liked? I was childish. I switched to Tommy Shaw because he quit Styx and I blamed it on Dennis. LOL I continued to collect on both of them anyway...so no harm done.
Who do I like most now? Jack Blades & Tommy Shaw. I still adore Tommy most of all, but I love Jack too. Both of them need to get on the ball and make us new music as one band.
Do I like the New Styx? YES!! I love the addition of Gowan on board! His voice is great! He is my second favorite of Styx! Tommy being first, then Gowan! Besides he's a sexy addition to the band. The Styx music Rocks...as long as it's the Rock stuff! Brave New World had much to be desired of Dennis DeYoung. IMO
Favorite band of all time? Damn Yankees! But I'm torn because Shaw Blades came out. Although their music was more mellow, they make perfect harmony, and both are such a perfect compliment of the other. Tuff decision.
Biggest Argument? Why isn't Damn Yankees back together?!!!!
Gutsiest thing I ever did to a guy in one of my favorite bands? Well, they are not my favorite guy of the band Night Ranger, (that would be Jack), but I rubbed Jeff Watson & Brad Gillis' legs while they were on stage at a club in Kansas City. Also, I asked for my pen back from Jeff Watson after the show...he borrowed it to sign autographs.
How many autographs do I own to date? Queen w/ Freddie Mercury, Styx, Damn Yankees, Shaw Blades, Tommy solo, Dennis DeYoung solo, Scorpions, The Smithereens, some I don't even know who they are. LOL Now I also have Harry Potter autographs, (which include: Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, Emma Watson, Richard Harris, Alan Rickman, John Hurt...to name a few.), and Lord Of The Rings autographs. LOLOL
